As we continue in our series, Worth Waiting For, we want to focus on something that this entire season attempts to provide – Joy! Advertisers know about this elusive thing. Toy companies tell us that their product will bring about joy. But too many people, believers included, spend their Christmas without joy. How do you capture a level of joy at Christmas? Today we will discover how to increase your level of joy by examining the life to certain wise men. I find three truths about finding joy this Christmas.
“Now after Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king, behold, wise men from the east came to Jerusalem, saying, ‘Where is he who has been born king of the Jews? For we saw his star when it rose and have come to worship Him.’” (Matthew 2:1-2)
“And going into the house, they saw the child with Mary his mother, and they fell down and worshiped him.” (Matthew 2:11)

“After listening to the king, they went own their way. And behold, the star that they had seen when it rose went before them until it came to rest over the place where the child was. When they saw the star, they rejoiced exceedingly with great joy.” (Matthew 2:9-10)
